Grab & Grow | 7-12 months

The kit is designed for babies from approximately 7 to 12 months, when reaching, grasping, sitting, crawling and more purposeful movement become an important part of everyday play.

The selected activities encourage movement, hand-eye coordination, sensory exploration, grasping, cause-and-effect learning and early problem-solving through simple, age-appropriate play.

No. Introduce the items gradually and follow your baby’s interests and developmental stage.

Some activities will be more engaging earlier in the 7–12 month period, while others become more interesting as your baby grows.

The wooden discs mark months 7 through 12. Use the front for monthly milestone photos, and the back for a handprint or footprint keepsake.

The small hole also allows the discs to be hung and reused as decorations.

The animal images encourage shared looking, attention and early word learning. You can name the animals, point to details and let your baby explore one or two cards at a time.

Rolling, spinning and grasping toys give your baby something interesting to watch, reach for and follow.

Repeating these simple actions also helps them explore cause and effect.
